- File → Open → select PSD.
- F7 for Layers, T for Text tool.

Click download on Google Drive, extract with 7-Zip/WinRAR, open the PSD in Photoshop (CS6+).
How to remove the watermark from PSD?
Open Layers (F7), find “WATERMARK/SAMPLE”, hide or delete.
How to change the image (clipping mask)?
Right-click image layer → Create Clipping Mask (or Alt+click between layers), paste your photo.
